Why English?

“Why English?”, the question every English learner has to answer

Job, good salary, better lifestyle, these are reasons that resonate across India. Can the youths of this age really say that this demand is realized? The increase in unemployment and an outdated education system has made global citizenship the only way forward. Global citizenship does not necessarily mean physically locating to other soil, but interacting with the citizens from any part, and connecting with the global visitors who arrive at one’s nation. Obviously, the only language that comes handy is English.
