ACCOMMODATION

Important Information about Hostel Accommodation:

1. Booking Duration: Hostel accommodation is available for four days and nights only, from 1 pm on 22nd October to 6 pm on 26th October. Accommodation cannot be booked for a single day. It should be booked for all the four days together.
2. Checkout: All rooms must be vacated by 6 pm on 26th October. If you wish to extend your stay for one additional night (until 27th October), you can pay the additional amount directly to the hostel.
3. Meals:Lunch and refreshments will be served at the conference venue, not in the hostels.
4. Valuables: The hostel management is not responsible for your valuables. Please ensure you keep them safe during your stay.
5. Room Sharing: If you would like to share a room with a specific person, please inform us in advance. However, the final room allocation will be based on availability.
6. Gender-Specific Rooms: Male and Female delegates (including family members) cannot be accommodated together in the hostels.
7. Common Facilities: The hostel rooms have common washrooms, which will be regularly cleaned by the housekeeping team.
8. Non-Cancellable: Hostel accommodation bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
9. Capacity Limit: Once the maximum capacity for a specific type of accommodation is reached, it will be removed from the available options.
